Anupama Written Update, November 5: Anupama asks Toshu to order and gives him some extra food for donation. Toshu gets disappointed, wonders why Anupama is donating so much. Janaki comes and tells how important it is to donate. Toshu leaves. Anupama gives money to Leela for helping her in making laddus and thanks her for her help. She tells Leela that this is her hard-earned money.
The employees thank Anupama for giving them both money and respect. Leela accepts the money and gets emotional. She cries in her room, happy to receive her first payment. Ishaani gets a message about a party, and Pari, along with everyone else, jumps with joy. Ishaani and Pari express their desire to go to the party, but Ansh refuses.
Prem comes and tells them that he knows the band which will perform at the Diwali party. Ishaani and Pari ask Prem to join them in the party. Mahi shares her worry saying that the family will not allow her to go. However, Prem suggests that they lie and join the party. Ansh refuses to lie and go with them. Prem says he will take everyone in his jeep. Ansh starts thinking that Prem is going so he should go to the party.
Everyone explains to Rahi. When Rahi refuses, Prem indirectly teases her, and she agrees to join the party. On the occasion of Diwali, Anupama gives money to everyone. The kids get ready for Diwali and Anupama is shocked to see them ready on time. When Anupama teases them, Ansh lies and says that they all want to attend a friend’s Diwali puja.
Prem, Ansh, Ishaani and Mahi try to convince the family to attend their friend’s Diwali puja. Leela gets upset and insists that they celebrate the festival with the family. Leela firmly tells the children not to leave the house on the occasion of Diwali. Anupama agrees with Leela and asks them to celebrate with the family.
Anupama then convinces Leela to allow the children to go to her friend’s house for Diwali puja. Leela agrees. The family performs Diwali puja together. Anupama remembers Anuj, while Rahi prepares a necklace for Lord Krishna and places it in the puja thali. Anupama sees the necklace and Mahi tells her that Rahi made it. Anupama is happy.
Anupama decides to always keep the necklace made by Rahi with her. The children prepare to leave for the party. Leela expresses her desire to join them in the puja, but Anupama reminds her that they have to distribute sweets to their neighbours. Leela agreed not to go. Leela questions why Rahi and Prem are going with the kids. Anupama tells Leela that Rahi and Prem are adults, and she will be relieved if they go together.
Prem promises Anupama that he will not break her trust. The children leave for the party. Mahi feels guilty for lying to Anupama. The kids continue on to the party. Leela mentions her concerns about love. She tells Anupama that she is suspicious of Prem’s intentions. However, Anupama expresses her trust in Prem and asks Leela not to doubt him. Still Anupama is worried about the children.
Prem, Ansh, Mahi, Pari and Ishaani change into western attire for the party. Mahi sits on the front seat next to Prem. The episode ends.
